Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

Welcome to Bricble. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bricble website at bricble.com (the “Site”) and any services, inquiries, or engagements you may have with Bricble (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Bricble provides custom furniture, cabinetry, interior design, and related fabrication and project management services, primarily in the New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut areas. The Site is used to present our work, describe our services, and allow you to contact us or submit project inquiries.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others’ systems, or use the Site for any fraudulent or misleading purpose.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Inquiries, Quotes, and Projects

Contact forms, project intake forms, and any information you submit through the Site are used to respond to your inquiries and, if applicable, to prepare quotes or proposals.

Submitting an inquiry or form does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we and you sign a separate written agreement (e.g., proposal, scope of work, or order).

Quotes, estimates, and proposals are valid for the period stated in them (or, if no period is stated, for a reasonable time as communicated by us). Pricing and scope are subject to change after that period or if the project scope changes.

Project timelines, deliverables, and specifications will be set out in the signed agreement. Delays due to factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., supply chain, site access, client decisions) may extend timelines and are not a breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, layouts, and other materials) is owned by Bricble or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Project designs, drawings, and specifications we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may use project imagery and descriptions for our portfolio and marketing unless you have requested otherwise in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site and any materials on it are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bricble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any services, except as may be expressly set out in a signed project agreement.

Our total liability related to the Site (as opposed to a specific project under a separate agreement) is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

6. Links to Other Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Your use of them is at your own risk.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

8. General

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed project agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bricble regarding the Site and, where applicable, our services.

9. Contact

For questions about these Terms of Service, please contact us through the contact information provided on the Site (e.g., Contact page or email).
