Looking for a skilled project manager to join our team at Bricble!

Bricble Millwork Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Project Manager / Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of millwork projects from start to finish. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, craftsmen, and installers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and progress reports.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets Bricble Millwork Company’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues early and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing emails and correspondence.


• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant in a related field, preferably in millwork, construction, or interior design.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining clear communication with the team.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

• Familiarity with millwork or construction processes is a plus.
